We talked about free software procurement for institutions, held a workshop on self-hosted and free software enabled IoT, took up a stall to promote our services and provided live demonstrations of all solutions that are useful for educational institutions among others.

BEL Desktop Migration

We helped BEL migrate and upgrade close to 5000 desktops to GNU/Linux by building an Ubuntu-based custom OS and an ansible-based system to configure, maintain, update and configure the desktops across their campus.

The CIO Insider magazine featured DeepRoot as one of the preferred “open source” solution providers in India.
